Shipping & Returns

Enquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our handmade goods that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us. 

Australian Shipping

Creative Sticker Co use Australia Post to ship your order through Tracked Mail. This can take 2+ business days (which excludes holidays and weekends). 

International Shipping

Creative Sticker Co uses Australia Post to ship your order through International Tracked Standard Service. This can take anywhere between 10-25 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location.

We send all orders with tracked shipping so we can see its whereabouts at all times and resolve any shipping issues in timely manner due to the tracking infirmation.

Order Confirmation

Items are shipped after processing (3-7 business days) using Australia Post. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don’t find this confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder before reaching out to us.

Delivery Times

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of Australia Post. 

Creative Sticker Co are not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by Australia Post

  • Wrong addresses given by customers

  • Damage to orders by postal service

  • PO box issues

  • Stolen packages after delivery

Returns

Unfortunately due to the made to order nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at hello@creativestickerco.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!

Defects

We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at  hello@creativestickerco.com with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.
