  • Creative Sticker Co is a wonderful side business for myself and while I manage it along with university (mature age student here!), health and family commitments, I need to have the time to make the stickers as they are all made to order.

    Therefore, your order will be sent within 3 - 7 business days. During sale periods, processing time may increase up to 2-3 weeks.

  • If your order has not yet been fulfilled, it can be fully refunded. Please contact us at thecreativestickerco@gmail.com with your order number and details on the cancellation.

    Your order cannot be cancelled or refunded if it has already been fulfilled.

  • We are based in Australia but ship worldwide!

    Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

    Shipping options will be shown at checkout.

  • Creative Sticker Co ships through tracked mail with Australia Post. This can take anywhere from 7-21 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    Delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and locations. Once the packages arrive in the hands of the shipping provider, arrival times are out of my control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

    Neither Creative Sticker Co and Australia Post are responsible for lost packages if your shipping address is entered incorrectly.

    Creative Sticker Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your order has not yet been fulfilled, yes, I can add to it for you. Please contact me at thecreativestickerco@gmail.com with your order number and details on the change. Please note depending on the items being added, your shipping may also be updated.

    Your order cannot be updated if it has already been fulfilled.

  • Creative Sticker Co is proudly Australian Made! All stickers are handmade - designed, printed and cut in my small Queensland studio.

  • I do - I'm Sarah, the founder and creator of Creative Sticker Co! I love designing stickers, including both functional and decorative styles. While I personally create many of the designs, I also collaborate with incredibly talented artists for some of the decorative stickers. Everything else is designed and curated by me.

    As some of the artwork is outsourced, I do not claim ownership of all graphics (images, clipart, or artwork) used in the products. Ownership remains with the original copyright holders. Any clipart, images, graphics, or artwork sourced from designers have either been purchased with a commercial use license or used in accordance with the artist’s or designer’s policie

  • I use two types of sticker paper at Creative Sticker Co.

    MATTE PAPER - Premium matte sticker paper that is beautiful and soft yet not too thick and works perfectly with our soft a muted colour palette

    MATTE TRANSPARENT - Matte transparent paper has a flat, matte washi type finish to it but is very transparent.

  • Currently, I’m not offering custom orders.

    However, some of the existing items can be further customised. Please see here under our Custom Stickers.
