  • Creative Sticker Co is a wonderful side business for myself and while I manage it along with university (mature age student here!), health and family commitments, I need to have the time to make the stickers as they are all made to order.

    Therefore, your order will be sent within 7- 14 business days. During sale periods, processing time may increase up to 3-4 weeks.

  • If your order has not yet been fulfilled, it can be fully refunded. Please contact us at hello@creativestickerco.com with your order number and details on the cancellation.

    Your order cannot be cancelled or refunded if it has already been fulfilled.

  • Shipping destinations:

    We ship worldwide!

    Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

    Shipping options will be shown at checkout.

  • If your order has not yet been fulfilled, yes, I can add to it for you. Please contact me at hello@creativestickerco.com with your order number and details on the change. Please note depending on the items being added, your shipping may also be updated.

    Your order cannot be updated if it has already been fulfilled.

  • Creative Sticker Co ships through tracked mail with Australia Post. This can take anywhere from 7-21 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    Our delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and locations. Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

    Neither Creative Sticker Co and Australia Post are responsible for lost packages if your shipping address is entered incorrectly.

    Creative Sticker Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Creative Sticker Co stickers are all handmade - designed, printed and cut in our Queensland studio. So we are proudly Australian Made!

  • I do, Sarah. I'm the founder and creator of Creative Sticker Co and I love creating designs. I also work with some incredibly talented artists to create the more decorative stickers and everything else is designed and curated by me.

    We do not sell or claim ownership over all of the graphics (images or clipart) used in the creation of our products. Ownership belongs to their respective copyright owners. Any clipart, images or graphics used in our products have been either purchased with a commercial use licence or are used within the rules and policies of the artist or graphic designer.

  • We use two types of sticker paper at Creative Sticker Co.

    MATTE PAPER - Premium matte sticker paper that is beautiful and soft yet not too thick and works perfectly with our soft a muted colour palette

    MATTE TRANSPARENT - Many of our style are available in Transparent sticker paper. Our matte transparent paper has a flat, matte finish to it but is very transparent.

  • Currently we aren’t offering custom orders.

    However, some of our existing items can be further customised. Please see here under our Custom Stickers.
